Cancelation Policy

Warranty On Parts
We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to allocate the time to other customers. A flat fee of £85 will be charged to cover time, administration, and any travel costs incurred where an appointment is cancelled.
We recommend arranging alternative transport when bringing your vehicle in or collecting it once work is complete. If you have no alternative transport and you wish to go home while the work is being done, we will charge a fee of £65.00 to cover shutting down the premises and taking you home.
No warranty is provided on used, reconditioned, or customer-supplied parts unless expressly agreed in writing. Any warranties on parts are provided by the manufacturer or supplier and are subject to their terms. Any return visits or additional work may be chargeable unless covered under a specific written warranty.

Payment is due in full upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. If a vehicle is not collected or payment is not made within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to charge storage fees and recover outstanding sums. We reserve the right to charge storage fees for vehicles left beyond 48 hours after notification.
Labour is charged at a fixed rate of £85 per hour. Time is calculated from when work commences on the vehicle until completion. A minimum charge of one 1 hour applies unless otherwise agreed in writing. Any estimate or quotation is an approximation based on initial inspection and is not a fixed price unless confirmed in writing. Additional faults may become apparent during the course of work and may affect the final cost.
We will make reasonable efforts to obtain approval before carrying out additional work. Where work is required urgently to ensure safety, roadworthiness, or to prevent further damage, we reserve the right to proceed without prior approval. All additional labour will be charged at the standard hourly rate.
